Properly Jacking Car

I've never done this before and have a general idea where to jack it up at but would like to be 100% sure so I do not damage anything.

These images have been taken directly from the Haynes Manual. May someone please edit these images and put a circle around to where the floor jack/stands go? thank you very much

Some people like to use the pinch welds on the sides of the car, but I like to refrain from using then because I've seen a number of them folded over.

Here's the points I use. Red=Jack, Blue=Jackstands

The pinch welds are used ONLY if you are using the jack that came with the car. That is what the slot in the top of the jack is for.

i thought the instructions were going to be
'break window, break ignition lock, go"
lol

i never jack from pinch welds. i jack the rear from the differential, and the front from right where it shows on that pic

Always jack on the front or rear subframe. It's a shame that it isn't stated in the manual or something. The front subframe makes a U shape pointed towards the back. There's ~2" nub on each side towards the end of the U that I put my hydrolic jack on. At the rear there's a circular peice in front of the tire that has a nut at the bottom of it. That's where I jack.

I don't see how you can put a jack on the front at that spot, my car is too low, also in the rear when I have my track wheels and tires on i can't get the jack under the gas tank, i bought one of those racing jacks too and it doesn't help, so i made some pieces out of wood
