20B - Twin or Single turbo(s)

OK here is the deal , I am building a 20B -FD. I dont really know shit about rotories, but the person building it does. I just want to get some other input on what people think is a better way to go , as far as the turbo(s) setup. I want to make big power without losing any off the line punch. any info you guys could give me would be great!

single. the stock twins are only good for high 300s, and there is really no option for aftermarket twins unless you wanted to get into a nightmare of a manifold. the other possible option is small triple turbos, but that is pretty expensive.

Go single, Who is building the car? Marco, from force fed?

If the person building it knows a lot about rotaries, then why are you asking the internet forum peanut gallery about turbocharger selection? We could all be complete idiots for all you know.

The stock turbo manifold can be reworked to support 550bhp without any modifications to the rotating assemblies. Contact Pettit for more information.

What is "big power", what size tires and what driveline modifications does the car have to support it, and what are you willing to spend in US dollars? Keep in mind that an all-out big power car will have well over 1,000hp and cost between $50,000 and $250,000 USD.

Mine just make 404 rwhp with a TA45 front (72mm) and 1.32 T04 rear turbo on only 6psi.

It comes on boost at around 3000 rpm I spose, and comes on with a huge rush lasting till redline.

I'm not sure you would want anything more down low and it is very easy & docile down low, easy to drive in the rain etc, you do not want to hit boost in the wet when this thing comes on.

I almost went twins, glad I went a big single in the end. I'm told to expect around 500 rwhp on 10-12 psi.

Will be turning it up to 15 on high boost soon, with the idea of running 6 or so for normal and wet weather driving.

Forgot to mention, this is with a rebuilt engine and a large extend port and stock intake
