Okay.. Unless I am missing something my 20b TPS is wired wrong? If it is how on earth is it sort of working? My only issue with it is the slight wonder I get with it. Appears earth might not be great as I cannot get continuity from the plug to the chassis? I assume I should be able to? See pictures below. You can see I have the following. Black/red wire goes to ECU blue. Looks like this has been swapped from the green/red wire at some point which is now spare/unused. Brown/black goes to ECU brown and brown white to ECU grey. Nothing like the diagram above? How is it working at all. Shall I move all to the right place and make sure I have ground continuity and see what happens? Worried I will fry something if I get power going to the wrong place?! Can someone also confirm pinout images ate looking at TPS sensor so from the back of the plug?

Without knowing what EMS you are running (and if it retains the manufacturer's wire colors), one cannot determine what wire on the TPS pigtail goes to what wire on the EMS harness. With that said, I want to make it clear that the 20B TPS pinout floating around on Google is WRONG.When looking at the TPS terminals with the notch facing UP, the terminals are as follows from LEFT to RIGHT with their respective colors on the 20B Cosmo:

Left middle: Brown/Black: GroundRight middle: Green/Red: Signal (Narrow Range, only used on the Cosmo)Right: Brown/White: 5v
