HELP!
I have an 85 GS with the 13 inch wheels, the pattern is 4 x 110...first does anyone know who sells a decent 195 or 205 .60.13 tire or perhaps I should look for 14 inch rims! who makes 14 inch with a 4 x 100 bolt pattern?
Regards

the only decent 13" performance tire readily available is the sumitomo HTR-200 or something. If you want some better rubber, you'd probably have to go to a 14 or 15 wheel. there's currently a group buy going on for ROTA wheels. Apparently, they're going to start drilling some of their wheels in 4x110 bolt pattern. Check it out in the group buy section, or search for the original thread in the 1st gen section

your best bet is to check the for sale section on the main page its close to the bottom.

falken makes some good 13 inch tires for handeling...they suck in the rain and dont last long :)

Hit the submit button only once.

The only good 13" tires you can get are indeed the Sumitomo HTR200 which you can find at www.tirerack.com

They don't have them in the stock size. Go for the 205/60HR13s. They have a wider tread (more traction) but your speedometre will read 3% faster than you're actually going. So when you're going 100km/h, the cop will clock you as going 97. Not a big difference.

Other than that, keep an eye on the for-sale section for larger rims. Tire rack has ONE set of 15" rims for our cars and I don't particularly like 'em.
