What year miata steering hub fits fb

I've searched but in the threads on this it doesn't say what year adapters fit.

Sweeeet! I found one I like on ebay that says it fits those years.

JoeNoble 02-15-10 11:05 PM

thunkrd 02-16-10 01:43 AM

the FC one fits, but its spaced out just a little, so the turn signals wont cancel and the horn doesn't work.

I'm guessing those are the same years for the miata short shifter that fits the fb too?

thunkrd 02-16-10 01:26 PM

lol... miata short shifter will work, but you'll have to use a different knob than stock fb

I just bought this wheel and hub...$42 shipped, cant beat it!

I'll get back as too the fit and a work around to make horn work, signal cancel isn't a big deal for me...

mikeric 02-17-10 06:13 PM

Um, looks like junk and the seller does not know how to write: "This steering wheel is the best racing and driving simulation." So, are you supposed to use it to simulate driving?
You also have to appreciate the "JDM Brand" horn button.

On anlother note, FB turn signals are supposed to cancel? That is news to me.

that's the same one im getting but for a miata and it comes with a quick release hub.

Hyper4mance2k 02-17-10 06:55 PM

they will not actually fit a FB or FC. The holes where the turn signal indicators plug into the hub are not deep enough and it will break the turn signal indicator. you need to drill the holes deper to make it work properly.

p.s. please stop buying cheap chinese shit unless you like killing out economy. buy the real stuff that works correctly.

mikeric 02-18-10 04:02 PM

My FB does not cancel, but it is mainly a race car so I really don't deen it. I just figured that Mazda designed it that way.
