What tires for the Kosei's here?

I wanna get the Kosei wheels you see in that web page, my question is, what kind of tires would yall recomend for a climate like Houston, TX which is mostly warm (it snowed here during xmas, but that's not expected to happen for another 30 years!), and it rains here about 20% of the time.

How much are you willing to spend? How do you drive the car?

I can drop about $300 to $400. I'm not much of a flat out speedster, meaning I won't go over 100mph but maybe once a month and that might be for only a few seconds. What I do like to do is take my turns and curves aggresively. I drive it everyday too, about 60 to 70 miles a day, so I'd like them to have good tread life.

The Sumitomo HTRZ on page 2 are $68 each and stick very well for the price.
