What size tire for ROH Reflex 16x7?

What size tires should I get that would not rub, etc. for My ROH reflex 16x7 rims? I'm looking at 205/55R16's, but I'm not sure if that's the best idea-

When I had 16x7's I ran 205/45/16, also seen people run 205/40/16
