wat bolts to take off for valance

How many bolts hold the valance in front? I took off 4 from under the hood and i took off 1 from each side which held on to the fender i think....it was under the head light.....it doesn't want to come off....am i missing something?

thanx,
Gufran

There are two more on each side in the headlight compartment 10mm. I just took the headlights out last time i did it. Three holding the headlights.

-4 under hood
-2 each side inside the headlight compartment
-1 each side connecting to the fender

Should come out easy dont force it

I seem to recall removing the bumper to access those two upfront bolts.

Nah - just crawl under your car and remove the "grill" (4 or 6 phillips head screws). :D

You need to take out the signal lights to access the valence to fender bolts. You can also get to another bolt with a long extention and universal joint for the other 2 and finally take out the headlight clack plastic frame to get to the other 2.

You can get everything out from under the car as I recall. Just check for wasp nest as I found one under there haha....

Yup, I had the same experience at the boneyard a couple weeks ago. But they were just those paper wasps that don't bother folks, not yellowjackets.
