Unusual Body Kit

Everybody, does anyone know where I can purchase this body kit. Cody here has told me that it was imported and I was wondering where I could buy it from. Thanks

Kaminari or erebuin.

PistonKilla 04-15-03 05:42 PM

I have that front ground effect, and looked and looked and looked and can't find the kit anywhere I tried Erubuni, and kaminari, Kaminari doesn't even have a listing for Mazda, And i can't find anything in erubuni, that resembles it.Seen and had the erubuni, I have this picture of a Seven in Florida, it has the same front spoiler, but the side skirts are diffrent.
Hope I placed the rite pic

That black 7 above has a V8, and FD wheels (5) lug

82transam 04-15-03 08:44 PM

ask cody on this forum (i think thats his username) he owns it.

Cody 04-15-03 11:02 PM

The front is DEFINATELY Kaminari. It's identical to at least 3 other cars that have claimed a Kaminari kit.

The sides, are definately a perfect fit for the Rx-7, and seemed designed specifically for it, but I haven't ever found any other pictures or information on the sides. I know they aren't part of any Kaminari kit.

I can't tell in the picture of the black FB with the 3rd gen wheels, if the rear is exactly the same or not. The rear section of the kit I have, has 2 holes for the exhaust to exit through. I will have to find a pic and post it. There was a car on Ebay, in Orlando, but the rear didn't have these exhaust pass through holes.....so unless they were shaved off, maybe my rear end is a different version?

This is the car that was on Ebay. You can see the rear end is a little different.

red lens is on the outside, amber on the inside

and they're different shaped and everything too

Cody 04-16-03 12:18 AM

Yeah, the cover fell off while I was towing the car on a trailer. Wind must have caught it since it was already loose.

Meh, you win some you lose some. Thanks for the tip.

Okay that black FB is the most gorgeous car I've ever seen.

I don't care as much about the airdam as the rear. That sweet, fine, curvy rear. And the sides...

Ahhhhhh, I'm spent.

PistonKilla 04-20-03 11:08 AM

:D Here's a nother picture, of the black 7 with 3rd gen rims, the rear ground effect is identical to the one with the ferrari sides, I know a few people here that have them but they are being idots and refuse to tell me where they got them, I just need the side and rear skirt, Like I said I have the front, and yes alot of people have told me the front id from Kaminari, but I cant see it on the web sight, I'm starting to think that this kit came from Ausi some where. But the black one is sweeeet!!!!

OoMazdaSpeedoO 04-20-03 06:24 PM

I went to Erebuni's website to order one of their body kits with my insurance money, and now they got rid of all their kits except for one. Im still gonna call and ask them what happened to all their other kits.

hornbm 04-20-03 06:40 PM

god every time I open one of these threads, I expect to see that damn purple porshe kit.

Cody 04-20-03 09:00 PM

MazdaSpeed..

What happened, is nobody bought them anymore, so they stopped making them.

Dietbudda 04-21-03 10:09 AM

Anyone ever looked at www.selectmaz.com.au

No worries :) Just thought I'd show off ;) seeing as how the black Sa is mine :D I know enough about them to do it :D

OoMazdaSpeedoO 04-21-03 10:14 PM

I dunno what happened to their lineup, I may not find out though since mine is wrecked now

boricuasinmiedo 05-14-10 07:53 PM

I was looking for the Kaminari full body kit and they told me that their warehouse burned up 7-8 years ago so the only way to get it is to find some one that has a molding there is one in florida his name is jimmy fiber glass in Orlando, thats where I bought mine!
