Turbo timers....
I know they are a gimmick, I have talked so many people out of them in the 10 years I have been fixing cars I could fill this .com with their names, so since I am so bias towards this "thing" and new to the awesome magic that is the RX7 I want your input.
With rotaries being so finicky would it be a good "just in case" thing to have? |
The turbo rotaries I've dealt with I just let the engine run for a few minutes to cool down once I got to my destination. Also I would drive moderately before I got there and didn't beat on them the last 10 minutes or so before I got where I was going.

I suppose if you beat your car to shit til the last second, and have to immediately leave your car, a turbo timer would be useful. Then you can have all that much needed attention as you carry your quick release steering wheel into 711 like a bad ass. |
will my car doesn't have a turbo but the timer will keep the car running for a "pre set time" I was just curious if anybody had one on there car and it felt like it made a difference.
