Tow Hooks?

Has anybody ever used a tow bar to flat tow their 7? What brand did you have?

Yes. U-haul brand. You may borrow it if you want.

I have a 2 wheeled dolly for towing. Pulled a wrecked FC from Dundalk, MD to Gaithersburg, MD (About 100 miles) without a problem.

Is this for x0ny's car?

I've used tow bars to tow my fb's done probably 300km with my homemade tow bar. My recomendation, make sure there is only one point for it to pivot (the hitch ball) otherwise it can start to sway a lot.

Likewise. 'Tis good to put a face to a name.

2400 miles.. That's like Denver or something... Long distance.

Good thing about a dolly (Or better yet, a flat bed.) is that you can pull the driveaxle up off the ground and not wear it out...

I'd much rather replace front wheel bearings than rears.

I normally use a trailer but tow bar is convenient sometimes. Remove drive shaft for long trip such as that.
