Tokico Blues on Stock Springs?
Is this an OK combination, or should I go with OEM shocks/struts on the (already installed) brand new factory springs?
Thanks in advance, T. |
Tokico HPs (blues) are plenty stiff, let me tell you. I would get an adjustable set, or something softer unless you don't mind a harder than stock ride.

Thanks for the input. Would the shocks and springs be appropriate together from a compatability standpoint? Do most people who are running the Tokicos also use lowering springs?
Sorry to be so damn ignorant. S. |
They're plenty compatible, that's what I have on my car. I have 16" wheels and am looking to get lowering springs in the rear at least-the front wheel gap is ok stock, but the rear sits a little high by todays standards.

that's exactly what i had was stock springs and tokico blue struts. it ran great. i put in some suspension techniques springs on my car, but unfortunately am not satisfied because i expected there to be a lower drop. the ST springs are softer and bounce a little more, but overall this is not a bad combination at all and you'll be just fine.:D

Kewl. That's what I wanted to hear. Thanks a million.

Blues are great, and they don't ride hard, they just follow the road surface better.
