I need to form a hose...is there any way to do this? Here's a picture of the hose I need to replace. Any ideas how I can make one myself?

Thanks,
Rich

Can you form your own hose, probably not. That looks like a drain hose, but offhand, I don't recognise it. Take it to the parts store and see if they can find a preformed hose that has the bend and length you, then trim off the rest of it.

if you go to a hydraulucs place they should be able to do one like that for prob less than 10$

Could use two sections of straight hose, along with a pvc elbow.

most autoparts stores have bends that you can just cut to fit. g'luck

advance auto parts has that hose listed in their computer. They tried selling me that hose to replace a blown hose that had several bends in it. The expert told me i could cut off one end and splice it onto the other end to complete the bend. :rlaugh:

Needless to say i bought the hose from mazdatrix.

you could always cut the good ends off it and bend up some copper tubing.

Whats that hose for? It looks like a fuel line.

If it is a fuel line, just get some appropriately sized steel tubing (brake line kind of stuff) and bend it to fit. Just use a little piece of hose as a coupler with two hose clamps.
