I found this at a local junkyard today. Its an 80 model with a Targa band...I didnt think there were any targa SA's

Targa band is an accessory part and as that section of the body did not change on any of the 1st gens it could have been put on at any time.

my question is a little differnt though, the picture is not clear enough for me to see but those look like power mirrors on a red 80 which would make that possibly an anniversary edition? any more pics of the car?

There were at least 2 targa bands offered, 1 from the dealer and 1 or 2 that were aftermarket.

No, no more pics but I can get some next time I go. and Im not sure if they were power mirrors or not. I didnt see a switch to adjust them if they were there.

Ok this one must have been aftermarket because I found mounting instructions in the glove box.
