Straight pipes
where would i need to go to get myself some straight pipes, would like any metal/sheetmetal shop be able to do it , and what kind of metal do i need, because i was told the exhaust is much hotter than normal pist-on engines...also how do i go about ataching it to the manifold/header? i havent got a header yet, but i plan on it ina month or 2. BTW i do know i need to get myself atleast 1 presilencer heh, also i am doing this so i can get rid of the thermal reactor and the other rusted ugly stuff under there.

Most muffler shops don't stock tubing that is thick enough to hold back the heat. It is widely recommended to use 1/8" wall steel tubing for a rotary's exhaust system. Yeah..... that's roll-bar gauge. Mazdatrix sells this tubing if you need it. I bought a 4' length from them for like 13 bucks.
