Source for copper "stamp" washers?

I'm redoing my Oil Cooler lines as well as changing the oil (do I need to replace Oil plug washer?) and I'm in need of some copper washers.

1) Are there 4 washers, one on each side of the two hoses (2 to engine, 2 to Oil Cooler)?

2) What size or dimensions are these?

3) Where can I get them, preferably tomorrow day instead of mail order.

I've tried Ace Hardware, OSH, Home Depot, Hobby Shops, Kragens, and Autozone in numerous cities and can't seem to find these bad boys.

PS, search is disables so bear with me...

Try the dealer yet, any local rotary shops? On the 1st gen oil coolers, there are 5 washers, 2 on the banjo bolt at the rear of the engine, 2 on the hoses. The last one is under the adapter fitting between the hose and the front cover. Can't help of the sizes.

Ok, so one on the front of the engine (short hose side A), one on the rear of the engine (long hose side A), two on the oil cooler (short hose side B)/(long hose side B).

Does it matter if the long hose or the short hose goes into top hole on the OC or bottom hole? I didn't plan on taking out the banjo bolt on the bottom of the OC, assuming that's what a banjo bolt is.

Isn't a banjo bolt a drain plug, ie, the same thing as what we use to change the oil.

PS, gonna try the dealer. I forget that sometimes these places keep basic parts for our cars. I've had almost no luck with the dealer in the past.

I found a good set of oil drain plug washers that fit the oil cooler lines really nicely. Check your parts store, you might get surprised.

Yup, got mine at the local parts store. Had to go to more than one because they did not have all I needed on the rack.

I got mine from a local Mazda dealer

I found the 3x 5/8ths copper washers at the dealer which had gotten them from a local mom/pop auto parts store. I had to go to that store (Monuments the name) to get the 4th washer which I assume is a 3/4ths washer. However, Monument only had 18mm which fits, but is a bit loose. I think it is a good fit overall and will give it a try. I haven't tried any of these washers on the oil drain plug but I have 3 sizes now. I'm hoping one fits and that will be that. In the beginning, I thought the washers had a groove on them, which my old one do, which made it difficult for me to understand that all I needed to know was copper/aluminum and size were the only 2 factors I needed to be concerned with. I really thought these things were optional and also kind of thought they were cut a bit unique for the application. Guess all I really needed to know was that they squich into place. Hopefully, the 18mm fits the final spot (Oil Cooler hose into the rear of engine).
