Does this sound like a good idea to anyone else?
I am thinking about buying an 83 GSL 12a for like $100 (this car is TRASHED!) and fixing it all, how much would it fix? I don't know EXACTLY how bad this is, but I don't think very much works. I live in New Mexico and rust is like almost not a problem for us (go gogo drought!)...but I'm thinking about trying to fix it. Suggestions?

also, how much would it probably cost to get it running?

I am probably gonna buy it, but I don't know whether to try to get it working, or to just like take it apart and learn it and try to put it back together in hopes of learning about rex's more incase I want to get one for my 17th birthday.

for $100 you're pretty safe. Worst case scenario it becomes a cheap parts car.

100 ? ihihih if you cant take it running.. you can sell me some parts for cheap ahuah but 100 dollars come you back =)

get it, i was 16 when i got my first rx-7. now i got two and i think it is great when i can spank a mustang with a 1.2L hahahaha
