Try these guys: http://stores.ebay.com/The-Antenna-X...enameZl2QQtZkm
I just ordered one for mine. After the first two or three OEM power antennas broke, I installed a manual telescoping antenna. I'm finally going back to power after ten or more years. I figure for $42 I can't go to far wrong. I ordered one for my 626, too. I'll let you know how it goes.

I got a power replacement antenna for my '79 from AntennaX, 30 bucks plus shipping. Looks identical to the oem, EXCEPT.........it does not work if you connect it to the oem wiring because of this funky relay box they added (stupposedly to allow you to wire it so it goes up 'n down w/radio on'off. Don't believe it. To do this requires disconnecting the oem switch and wiring directly to your radio and a constant 12v power source). However.......there is a hidden troubleshooting note on the site that says you can bypass their relay box and wire the unit to the oem wiring....I'm waiting for them to confirm via email.

**** the stock antenna. It sucked anyway.
Find yourself a junkyard and swipe a 2nd gen rubber antenna. Looks nicer, and less problems.. BUT dont ****** bump it in -30 cuz i broke it off too.
Daryl.

I kind of get this feeling that it was someone who lives in the house behind my parking spot. The back of my car points like right at there house which can't be more than 15 feet from my car. I don't think they like it when I start my car with the choke all the way out. It's not that loud, but with the RB header it is considerably louder than any other car (especially with the choke pulled and revving at 4k). I always get this feeling that they have something against me whenever I see them sitting on their front porch.

Well, now I have installed two of these - one in my 626 and one in my RX7. Yes, I had to connect the antenna to the radio and a constant 12v power source. However, I have an aftermarket radio/CD player installed - so I had to bypass the relay, anyway. The new antenna works like a charm. The one I installed on my factory 626 stereo works great too. It is a bit of work, but worth the effort.
