Sideskirts for FB 1980

Hi!
Well im going to finish removing rust on my fathers FB in only ONE month!! Its really mutch rust so it will be a big job. To make it easier i will make the stock "skirt" flat so i need to mount sideskirts ontop of it. What sideskirt fits the FB without having new fenders? I need some anonymious sideskirts! :D :D
Please post pics of sideskirts you like! :D

I completely agree with you there, I'd rather a few more curves than a few more holes.

Just an FYI, if it's an 80 it's not an FB, it's an SA

The side skirts are a bit tame on that site. Anything wilder available?

First off, there is no extra weight worth talking about (each MIGHT weigh 5lb), and second, by the time you get done with the bodywork, you probably would have put more weight on in bondo and new steel. Also if you have nothing intelligent to add to a thread, don't post.

As far as I know, there really isn't anything else in production as far as side skirts go. The mazdatrix skirts are pretty much the same thing as the mariah skirts. You might be able to find some kaminari skirts on e-bay, but that is about the extent of it.

I'm thinking the old Cavalier Z-24/Z-34 and the 1stgen rex are about the same distance wheel to wheel....might make an interesting side skirt...

I've actually measured the front bumper on a 89 cavalier and its the right width! Take the bumper, side skirts, and mabey rear bumper and you could have an interesting body kit.

And, sadly, the '89 Cavalier actually has a solid aftermarket support system for body parts...go figure...

victoria british has a set for 249.99 and different front kits...
www.victoriabritish.com
order the magazine, it is full of RX-7 stuff
i've got all my stuff for my 7 there and is brand new and great quality.

Forget victoria british for replacement stock stuff, go to a Mazda dealership and order there. I got the only bearing for the steering gear in the country.
