Shift knobs
 

what type of shifters fit onto the rx-7 1st gen shifter pole? Do razo? aparently they sell them for honda/acura, but I really didn't think that there was that much difference.

if anyone has had experience with after market shift knobs, please treply and tell me what types fit and what I have to do to modify my shift pole (what the hell is it really called) to accept the most popular types of shift knob.

Alot of them are totally universal. They dont thread on to the shifter pole. They have 2 or 3 screws on the side to tighten them down.

if you do get the type that thread on be sure it is the same thread. There are several threads around for different cars, I think ours is the same as a third gen and a miata(I cannot swear by it).
