SA steering box? Only one adjustment?

I'm not seeing this 40mm nut everyone is talking about. Does the SA steering box only have one adjustment?

Thanks

Input shaft preload on the SA box is adjusted by turning the end cover that the input shaft goes through. It's held in place by a heluva large (68mm), thin, soft-iron locknut, and is under considerable torque itself.

Sector (output) shaft vertical position is adjusted by the single slotted screw-and-locknut that comes up through the center of the top cover. It moves the sector shaft vertically to control engagement between the shaft and the ball nut inside.

There are some pix of SA Box assembly/dis-assembly/adjustment in my build thread, starting about Post 283 & mixed in across several pages after:

Question: the large thin nut, do you tighten it clockwise or counter, there is a four hole arrangement under the large nut, does that turn?
