Replacement brake rotors

So, as much as I hate spending money on something that's going to slow my car down instead of make it go faster, it's time to replace the brake rotors and pads. Any recommendations on what rotors to get? I don't have the money to do the re-speed big brake kit at this point. Does anyone have any experience with v1specs (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MAZDA...item2c5ef9be3d). Or powerslot rotors (http://brakeperformance.com/brake-ro...e-Rotors.php)?

Also, how difficult is it to replace the rotors on these cars?

Well replacing brake rotors aren't any more difficult than replacing brakes really on any car. Just 2 extra bolts and maybe a phillips screw on the rotors and they come right off.

the ebay rotors would be like a hit or miss. power slots are decent and as a matter of fact those from the link you provided are really good priced makes me want to pick up a set. but i would go with the powerslot

I've had good luck with local parts store rotors (the cheapies were just repackaged brembos) and some decent pads. Keep in mind the 12A rotors are integrated with the wheel hub, so bearings will need to be replaced or swapped over.
