Not sure if that is what you are looking for. Maybe the hayes manual has something in it, I will go check it.

I had a guy in vagas do mine with titanium cut gears and forged shafts.
It was not too exspensive ill see if i can find his number.

$900 for the cut gears and shafts + assembly.

My tranny was good when i sent it to him, if yours is too then i would think the price would be the same.

i dont know if would make a difference with a bad tranny.

The hardest part is that you have to remove the front countershaft bearing. That requires a very long puller unless you do the disassembly and take it to a trans shop for just that portion.

If you do this you will want a nice bench to lay everything out and take pictures as you go. Locate a place that sells bearing kits and synchros because it is much cheaper to buy them that way.

I've rebuilt top loading ford trannies but never the Toyo ones yet. In general rebuilding a tranny is not that hard. Much easier than rebuilding an engine for sure. Get a good manual (FSM is the best usually), take pictures as mentioned and do it slow. You may be told you need special tools by the manual and I'm sure they make it easier, thats why they made em, but a lot of times you can improvise and get things done without all the tools. While its open spend the money and replace as much as you can, seals, bearings, and synchros. Check the gears and shafts and replace as needed. Parts shouldn't run much more than a couple of hundred but you'll want to get them from Mazda if at all possible.

Where can I go to get the stuff to do a rebuild Autozone didnt show a tranny rebuild kit and no reply back from the tranny shop. Also I am really only doing this for peice of mind or should I just run a tranny till I kill it? I aint putting out much power just dont wanna have to replace anything later when I might not have the money. Since I am gonna be getting married and maybe kids in the next couple years.
