Re-Torquing the Thru Bolts

So I am wondering if there is a recommendation to re-torque the engine Thru-bolts after teh rebuild has been run for a while. Any comments about this?

I know that head gaskets often require this on conventional piston engines.

Do not torque them again, you may crack something. I always tighten them in sequence at 10,20, then 30 ft lbs, then go around the whole thing again a couple times ensuring they are all at 30 ft lbs and none were missed, and thats it. I have seem rear irons cracked by trying to tighten the tension bolts on an old engine. If the engine is already in and running great with no leaks and you know you torqued everything during the rebuild, don't worry about it.
