They dont roll up very fast, and they roll up crooked. They didnt do this when i bought the car, they worked fine then.

What can i do to fix this? Is it the rollers down below? the tracks? somethign else?

A little lube wouldn't hurt.

Where should i put the lube?

In the tracks.

Take the door panels off and spray a little silicone on the front and rear tracks. Run the window up and down while the panel is off to make sure you are not binding anywhere along the runners - if you are, you may need to adjust the tracking (especially since you noted that they don't roll up straight)

Put some grease on the rollers & channels below the glass if you're adjusting the tracks. If the felt is worn off the tracks those suckers will bind. Still experimenting with what works best as lube. Opinions?

I used (on the tracks) a white silicone grease spray, followed with a light spray of WD-40. Put some regular heavy grease on the regulator pivot points. Worked on 3 different sevens for me!
Also, make sure your battery & cables (especially both cables) are new, that makes a huge difference in the speed of the windows, believe it or not.

My passenger side window is perfect, but the driver side is a bit messed. It rolls down kinda slow....kinda jerky. Like it'll start to go down then...get caught on sumtin and then break free and go down some more and start to slow down again...does this as it goes down..sometimes I have to push it a bit to get it to go all the way down. Thing is, when it goes up....no problems at all.

Lube it up like described above and in dozens of 'search' threads. 'Bout an hour work, or you may get away with just spraying lube down the channels without taking anything apart. Worth a try.
That'll fix it.

I bought my car 1 week ago. I noticed at the dealership that the windows were moving awkwardly, and not making it all the way to the top.

I had them take a look at it, and they said they just lubed up the inside and it should be fine. Both windows were all the way up, so I figured it was fine. Now I notice, that the passenger window isn't ALL the way up. It's like 1 centimeter open in the frontmost corner of the top of the window.

If they greased it up, would that mean I might have something bent in there?

There are adjusting bolts for the rails that control the level of the glass.

See the online FSM for this info. But between adjusting the bolts, checking your plastic regulators and lubing the rails it should fix the problem.
