what do they do? i thought the lower control arm and tie rods were supposed to be parallel with each other.

Somewhat correct. The locations of the inboard control arm pivot and the outboard ball joint pivot define the roll center. When the vehicle is lowed the ball joint stays where it is but the inboard pivot point moves towards the ground. Roll Center blocks go between the steering arm and the bottom of the strut to move the ball joint down to match the two pivot points back up to stock. Effectively raising the roll center back up.

ok i get it now. a google search reveiled quite abit of info: http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...&q=roll+center. leads me to think that this is really more for road racing/autox to get the absolute best handling possible, and not so much needed for DD. unless ur really keen on having an excelent handling street car.

yeah well you know I just dont want to pay more than what I have to. FYI you cant find these at the junk yard. you know I'm cheap but not that cheap. They are only 70 bucks so if you want a set I'll be glad to buy you a set, but I know you got a set already.
