RB modified holley 600 question

Do they have jets in the secondaries on a RB modified 600?

No, the 4160 series carburetors use a metering plate in the secondaries. The plate has two orafices that act as the jets. Non tunable. There is a conversion kit to make the secondaries like the primaries, with a metering block and changable jets.

Yes, your right, but they do make alternate plates. Same as changing jets.

That is true, the plates arent' as easy to get ahold of though. Changing a jet is a little bit easier also.

Also depending on how many jets you have to change, going to a metering block may be more cost effective in the end.

I have a set of jets from 64-99 that cost me 40 dollars.
