Rats nest removal snafu! (where does this vac line go?)
 

Before i get my butt barbequed for the title... I am in the middle of the rats nest removal and everything is going well EXCEPT....

I do not know where i am supposed to terminate the vac line i have in my hand in the picture. Also, what the hell is this vac line attached to?? I am unfamiliar with what that contraption is called...
