Radiators.com question

After reading post that people are happy with the product, I picked one up.. My only questions is.

Did yours come with a cap? Mine did not.

Or is that something that never comes with Radiators, but is another item you need to order .. thanks in advance .

mine didnt, i got one from autozone for like 5 bucks thou.

Yeah, your local parts store will have a cap for cheap.

I don't know why they don't include the cap, it's probably just another way to knock $5 off the price and appear to be $5 cheaper than the competitors.. or something..

Thanks for the info Vipernicus42 & BigJim .. I will have to agree, they are cool to do biz with, the part was here the day they told me.

Remember you bought a radiator, not a radiator cap! I bought mine from them too, no cap. But any radiator you buy is not going to come with one, unless you spend big bucks on an aluminum one.

also different engines require different opperating pressures. so if you required a 7psi cap, but they supplied only a 5psi cam your coolant might open the pressure bypass, and leak the fluid out.

just a way for them to cover their ass, and also shave $5 off the price

hmmm interesting, after reading a bunch of good things about radiators.com I went to the site and wanted to see how much it would cost to get one to me (canadian) and they said hmmm a rx7, thats a weird fit I don't know if we have a radiator for that model...

Is there a part number? Do you guys know who you talked to?
