By the way, the shield on the picture that has a step on the edge (the one with 2 shields) is your low beam.

My guess is the original poster got old and retired working on 7s? This interesting thread is 7 years old.

These type of projects are often sidetracked, shelved or abandoned.

My guess is he hit an obstacle, or got involved in other things.

Yeah, this project is long gone. There are some similar projects that have happened since if you search around the forum long enough.
