Almost there...

Here are some of the latest pics. I got the fan install and running and not running and running again. Got my steering wheel and all the stereo hook up. Got the hood alined and the ebrake done. Seats are in place and waiting for a couple of spot welds. Got a video some where that I will try to post. enjoy.

Next month it will be four year that I have been working on this project and I can honestly say I have trully enjoy it all. The goods, the bads, (blowing rear end after it was completed), the challenging, (making one transmition out of three), and everything in between. Now I can look back and see where I could have done better and where I did awesome. Just a few more details and to Sunday driving heavens.

On the road

Finally got the car on the road and made it to the Deals Gap Event. Here are some pics. I have once again parked the car to continue with more additions and upgrades. Currently working on the DLIDFIS set up. Re-doing the driveshaft, ordering new wheels and adding some more CF look items. Also need to add a battery box, floor mats and some other small stuff.

how do the rx8 seats fit? are they too big at all? can you move in all four directions with the seat? (recline/slide forward and backward).....

nice gsl-se by the way, i like the complete rebuild from ground up...you just convince me that when i get a paint job it will be somewhere along the lines of tender blue

may i ask how much you've spent?

The seat fit great, somewhat higher than the stock. I love the comfort and most definately, the look. The paint job was extremely cheap since I got a friend of a friend to do for me, $1600.00, and that was with the car stripped down. Everywhere else I went, they wanted between $2500 and $3500. Thanks for the compliment on the car.
