Works the exact same way. Or I have a good used pair of FC 4-lug hubs I don't need, likewise my FB hubs. PM me if you want mine.
But more importantly, how can 5-lug be not an option?

Mazdaspeed 3 (any Mazda 3 really) ball joints are hard to find because most parts stores want to sell the whole control arm.

Early 80s 626 ball joints are the same and are available joint only. In fact those ball joints are very common and were used in many Mazda/Ford vehicles of the era (off hand, say, Probe).

The reason I know this is because I'm doing something very similar to my '76 Cosmo. I currently have FC spindles mounted up using the aforementioned ball joints. Nice thing about the Cosmo is that the FC strut top looks like it will fit. :D

Yup.. 626 ball joints work great. These are 555 brand. Even sent these pics to Gabe at T3 months ago so they can develop this as an option for the adjustable fb/sa lca's

Oh man... and here I was looking at fabbing control arms to do the same basic thing. Saves me the trouble! Thanks a heap.
