positive traction rear end
is there a kit online to make a 85 GS postive traction?
|
never seen one.
you'd be better off putting oversized discs in a LSD to tighten it up real good. =bp= |
anyone got one to sell??
Diff needs to work, Brake condition is not that important. |
ok thats cool and all but i want positive traction rear end :) i need a conversion kit or somethin
|
how about the PHANTOM GRIP unit?
I keep asking about it and nobody know anything. From what I read it works. Price ain't that bad either. |
I may be way off here, but isn't a Limited Slip Differential the same as the Posi-Track system? Both are wheel spin sensing and use clutch packs to make better traction. So if I am right, all Twigg needs is a GSL rear axle, which has the LSD unit and rear disc brakes to boot.

Posi-Trac is a registered brand name of GM. It is just another type of Limited Slip diff, not any different than the Mazda one.
Simplist thing to do would be to get the rear end out of a GSL-SE and swap. You get rear disk brakes out of the deal too. |
thanks for the help guys
