hey guys i took me car out this weekend and drove it quite hard. long story short the ports where working before i took the car out and after well lets just say there stuck open...so no i have no clue what to do...its not carbon because i took my intake off and decarboned it. and i do want them working i dont want to wire them open...any ideas

test the actuators; the small hose ( check for a torn hose too ) coming from the split air pipe with the check valve going to the cat is the one that gives you air (air pump) that activates your actuators. take off that hose and blow some air through the pipe coming from the actuator and see if they open up. If it does then you need to make sure you're getting air flow through that check valve.

the only othger thing is there like STUCK stuck i cant move then by hand at all even with a hammer and the header off i still couldent move them..but ill try that im at school but i will when i get home...any other sugestions

Well you already removed your intake mani and cleaned it out so I guess your sleeves would be moving ok in the ports. The only other thing I can think of would be some issues with your actuators. Both my actuators move easily by hand. Wouldn't use the hammer to make them move.

lol it was a last resort the sleeves where ok i guess they moved ill try some carb cleaner on them 2morrow thanks
