if i get a exh manifold gasket as a template.

how hard would it be to build a "good" header and dual exhaust system?

i have friend who is good at this stuff, he said we could use the gasket and cut sheet metal then just use his pipe bender and mig to form all the curves and put it in.

does this seem reasonabe?

what kind of pipe bender? is it a mandrel bender? i dont think it would be a good idea to go dual exhaust cuz the 2 rotor housings send exhaust gasses out in pulses and these pulses are timed by adjusting the length of the header pipes to have the pulses one after the other and thus helps get all the exhaust gasses out of each rotor....cuz 1 pulse basically helps suck out the next pulse....anyways think bout it...read the paul yaw exhaust system article...heres the link : http://personal.riverusers.com/~yawpower/techindx.html
