the organic mechanic cooling and ignition system.
havent done much but I have got the cooling system about 95% done.
I need to have the radiator modified for the heater return, and the two radiator sensors. ????? the top radiator sensor is the level sensor, what is the one on the bottom??? heres the radiator [IMG]https://www.rx7club.com/attachment.php?s=&postid=2225218[IMG] |
hmmm, pictures not working,
heres a close shot of how the radiator is mounted. its not a perfect setup but it works great and it was my 4th attemp at it so its good enough for me. |
front shot
edit: cant seem to post any more pix at the moment, im going to try later back at my dorm. sorry |

the radiator is a Bullit racing: chevy style
24x19x2 should be plenty of cooling. I need some help, what is this vavle or whatever that hooks up to the gastank and the charcoal canister. just wondering what it is. im worried about pressure building in my fuel cell, this is connected to the vent fitting on my cell. |
I can post the picture but not directly onto the page, must be something wrong.

That's just the stock venting system. Your fuel cell should have a vent in it |
it came with a vent fitting, I moved it so the cell would fit but thats what that thing is hooked up to.
there did look to be a small vent on the cell cap. are you guys seeing images, all I see is [img]www.rx7club blah blah blah[img] no picture. |
heres some shots of the fuel cell mounts, someone requested these.
here on the front side, one mounts to the spare tire well, the other is a long bolt with two bolts holding it in place. little blurry but you get the picture |
heres the rear one. just bolts to that bumper support or whatever is right behind the bumper
still not sure where to mount the pump. |
Damn man, looking good with that radiator and everything. I hope mine looks as good when completed.

????? the top radiator sensor is the level sensor, what is the one on the bottom??? ~T.J. |
