ok i can't get my oil filler tube off the old motor

ok i can't get my oil filler tube off the old motor

the old motor has a filler tube, the new one doesn't... i've tried pulling, tried twisting and pulling(both counter clockwise and clockwise), tried beating it out, tried everything i can think of... is there something i'm missing? pardon me being a retard and all

if the plates no good you can take a torch to it and heat it up
