Ok how about this idle problem

I started the car today and it ran fine for a couple minutes then the idle started bouncing. I'm used to that and trying to fix it with no luck. But once it warmed up it started idling fine at about 1000. Then when I started driving it as soon as I pushed the clutch in it started going from 1500 to 2500 and back. Also when driving if I'm accelerating or off the gas completely it's fine but when I try to hold a steady speed it's like an on/off switch there's no holding a steady speed. I've been reading a few threads on idle problems and I've tried adjusting the TPS but I can't get the lights to light up and I've taken the TB off and cleaned it out as good as I can. Nothing seems to be working.

Bad TPS perhaps. Those lights need to light. It's important.
