Oh my gosh headlights....

Ok guys as i had told u guys before my high beams didnt work no neither do my low beams... the only lights that work is when i pull back the stick to make the high beams come on even then i have to hold it in when i drive at night!

I replaced the signal unit with all the controls on it. It still doesnt work. We checked all the fuses. There is a short somewhere but it isnt where the electricity goes into the lights at the end of the main cord cause neither of them work. They worked yesterday after moving the switch around for awhile but today i tried for about 30 minutes still no lights..

I just have no idea what to do ANY ideas are welcome!

Unless you replaced the combo switch around the steering coulumn with a brand new Mazda piece, you didn't solve the problem. If it's past 20 years old, it needs to be dis-assembled, sanded, and rebuilt....

Sounds exactly like what mine was doing. I wrote a thread on how I handled it, and its still working great with no issues at all. Check it out. https://www.rx7club.com//showthread....ight+headaches
