Not sure what I have here, Need help!
 

Hey guys, I just bought my car last week and with some research i can't seem to figure out what kind of RX-7 I have. What's thrown me for a loop is the badge on the side, I can't find them anywhere on the internet for some reason.

All I know is that it's an 1983 it has a 12A engine, LSD and rear disk brakes.

Any help on figuring out what trim this car is would be very much appreciated!

Not sure a GX is real or not. Could be a real model designation in Kanuck land. I'd probably say its a GSL in the states.

If it is anything like 2nd gens, the GX was the "Luxury Coupe" model. Canadian models only.

In the American market they are known as GSL.

Agreed, GSL equivalent. I have a sudden urge to find a set of those Gx badges, they are pretty sweet! lol
