So got tired of oil leaking from the breather filter that was on my oil filler tube so I did this. Haven't been able to see if it was a success or not so I'll check it out tomorrow.

Interesting... it should work to stop drips for a while at least... I imagine if you were getting oil leaks before, you will now get buildup in the tube. May have to drain it every so often.

I have a small fuel line running from the barb facing the carb to the air filter (RB top) and a breather mounted sideways straight into the barb facing the firewall. No lung mustard, and no drips. You can actually see evidence of oil foam etc being sucked into the carb so it works like a little vacuum cleaner for the filler neck. I've had the car like this for 5,000 miles now and no problems. There is still a little bit of moisture in the neck.

Just stopped at Autozone so it looks a lil cleaner now.
