New Clutch
 

I need a new clutch for my 1984 RX7 12A... My car is totally stock, and I want to know what other parts should i replace when i replace the clutch(like throwout bearing, and transmission seal) Thank you

This depends on how much you like to remove your transmission, and how much help your GF is willing to offer during the swap.
Just the disc alone is at least 100$ cdn, so a throwout bearing wont add too much more to that, and you have the peace of mind knowing that you wont have to remove the transmission in the dead of winter to replace it. Also, a bad throwout bearing will destroy the pressure plate fingers, which leads to a new pressure plate (mucho dinero).
The transmission seal is also of the "inexpensive" variety, however if its not leaking and you dont have a habit of overheating your car or letting your tranny oil stagnate, you may elect not to replace it.
provided theres no major scoring on the flywheel or pressure plate, light sanding will remove the glaze and both parts are reusable.
Having just done a clutch swap, I can tell you i didnt bother replacing anything but the disc, cause i enjoy removing transmissions, mostly cause i make my girlfriend do all the hard work (its her car anyways.... i think)

I'm getting ready to replace my clutch this weekend so I've been stocking up on the same types of parts you're looking into. With the advice of some others on the forum I've got the following ready to go: clutch disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, clutch alignment tool, rear engine seal, transmission seals (two I think), front transmission gasket, gear shift insulator plus outer and inner shift boots, and gear shift bushing sets (upper and lower). And synthetic transmission oil. I plan to resurface the flywheel too while I have access to it. Good luck.
