Nice, I like how he did the gauges in the middle. I also dig the enclosures in the back

Directfreak 01-24-05 09:47 AM

I liked it better the way Steve had it.

too much flash for my personal taste

zyounker 01-24-05 10:15 AM

It makes me a little sad.. I really dislike the A/V Stuff in cars. :(

The last incarnation is what i like.. All about performance in pure form.

DAVID GRIMES 01-24-05 01:33 PM

Uhhh, nice work, but no.

hammmy 01-24-05 02:01 PM

Yeah, that reminds me of Pimp My Ride on MTV. Everything sounds good until they get to the electronics guy, and he says something like, ". . . and I'm gonna put a bank of 6 toasters in the trunk under Plexiglas. . .", and then I turn the channel.

:werd:

I would rather have a stripped down car that can perform then a car so loaded down with A/V crap the only thing that you can "perform" is a good mimic of a live concert.

GavinJuice 01-24-05 02:29 PM

What rims are those?

zyounker 01-24-05 02:39 PM

I believe they are made by simmons(sp?). They are either a AUS or NZ company.. They make really nice, but expensive wheels.

Exactly.. Well it looks like he decided to build his into a show car.. And the thing is, that is what show cars are about.

I just dont happen to like them.

GavinJuice 01-24-05 03:13 PM

Does anyone else make a rim similar to that one but without the gastly price like zyounker said?

DJAngelicon 01-24-05 04:32 PM

What kind of Guage is that the one with the LCD Display?

Eville140 01-25-05 08:07 AM

That's pretty sad, bet it never runs down the 1/4 again. :gay:

me sentiments exactly looks like a full blown fast and furious conversion what a way for a beutiful car to end its career :(

Rx7carl 01-25-05 08:27 PM

Well not my cup of tea either, but alot of quality work went into it. To see a 1st gen made into a show car still makes me smile, even if I dont care for the way/style it was done in. Shows that these cars are truely timless.
