Need plug wire location pictures for coils to dist cap...

AHAHHAHAH!! I just went and yanked all my wires off for a tuneup...assuming that the coils were labeled. :D Well...they're not. And I can't figure out which is leading and which is trailing.

Anyone got a picture or some advice??

Thanks as always...:

Cant get a pic up my i cant find my digi cam right now but heres where everything goes to,

Trailing coil is the one closer to the headlights

If you look at the cap from top to bottom u have

T (from coil)

T2 L (From coil) T1

L2 Blank/empty L1

hope it helps

clashkpr28 is correct about the location of the coils. Mazda put the trailing in front to prevent wires from being crossed on their way over to the cap. Look closely at the cap; it is labled. The front rotor is rotor #1 (it gets T1 and L1).

It should be. I've seen just as many wires set up right as i've seen set up wrong in here. As a matter of fact, I had this same question a few years ago and instead of asking I was like " I'll just look at other peoples engine shots" Which was more confusing than when I started, lol.
