Look under the back of your car -- you can probably answer your own question.

What does the gauge say?

ray green 05-19-09 07:47 PM

That's your back up temp gauge, the red button squirts oil from your hot start assist reservoir into the carb to create a smoke screen, which can be useful sometimes (my 84 GSL doesn't have that option)

Are you serious? If so, i guess my gauge is hidden and the red button is stuck cause my car is making a constant smoke screen at the moment lol

spottedfrog 05-19-09 08:06 PM

do you have rancho rs9000 shocks?

DivinDriver 05-19-09 09:31 PM

From the condition of the gauge face, I'd say it's function must be to rip most of the skin off your shin or kneecap when you're trying to crank left & punch the throttle at the same time.

So again nobody really know jejeje

Ho well doesn't work so I'll take it of

spottedfrog 05-20-09 07:24 PM

If you had the rancho shocks this would adjust the firmness of the shocks.

how that's is so the previous owner was right.

Thanks

I'm going to look more info on rancho ;)

Did rancho ever make shocks for rx-7's? I thought they only did trucks and offroad stuff.

spottedfrog 05-20-09 10:30 PM

Just trucks as far as I know. But from the description and the looks (looks just likr the remote adjuster) I'm thinking some one retrofit a pair?

Cheap "adjustable" suspension.
