My junkyard find.

I also finally found a 7 in the junkyard. 84GSL I think. I have a 85GS. Other than the rear end, what might I want from it? If there is enough of the car I need, I guess I'll try to get the whole thing. Maybe some people on here will need some stuff.

Make sure you get the brake hose off the rear, along with the parking brake cables. They are different and youll need them. Most junkyards will wanna cut them rather than disconnect them. DONT let them do that or youll be buying new ones.

The rear is the biggie. No other major differences.

what about a front fender drivers side

I believe it was fine. Most of the body was ok in the front. Looks like they hit a tree right behind the passenger door.

Cool. Great find. If you decide that you don't want that rear end let me know where it is. My rear end has a noisy axel bearing and a very slight leak in one of the wheel cylinders but I can't bring myself to invest time & money in a drum rear end.

Edit: Anybody wanna sell me one? :(

Shoot, after I swap this one out. I'll be able to hook you up.

Bouis, you stay up too late too!

Hell yeah. I've spent the last three years busting my ass and now I get to enjoy my senior year. 12 hours this semester and 9 next and I'm done.
