Dude! Whats going on with the beehive?? Ya gotta ditch that thing I'm suprised it isnt leaking on ya. The behive wont hold up on a turbo motor, doesnt even work on a N/A motor.

LOL, theres a reason why mazda only used it for 3 years.

hiboost7 02-18-04 07:21 PM

it will be fine...my cousin is still running his beehive(boosted 12a), and theres a dude down here running a t-78 on his 12a at 27psi on the beehive. and my 12a N\A is still running the beehive with no problems...:p:

vipernicus42 02-18-04 07:42 PM

It's so odd to see a front pic of the engine.... I'm not used to looking at my engine through where the hood usually is!

Great job though hiboost! :) Congrats. But the GSL-SE wheels won't fit without changing your rotors.... bugger that.

Your probably right, but none the less I fail to see how hot coolant cools oil.:D

The beehive is fine. Mine has no problems with leaking and the engine temp stays cool no matter what. Even when I'm beating the shit out of it running 16psi on a stock engine :)

hiboost7 02-19-04 12:06 PM

BTW, the turbo on the left is for sale...model HX30 came off of a turbo diesel truck and is rebuilt, id say its good for trucks and other low reving vehicles. $200 obo

Man, you're not afraid to spend a buck or two. When is she going to be ready to go?

hiboost7 02-19-04 04:46 PM

well i got most of the stuff for pretty cheap, but i only want to go with the best while im doing it. and to answer the question, i have no clue when she'll be done. i have to install everything run my fuel and oil lines(which are braided), turboback exhaust 3", IC piping. unfortunately i ran out of funds and waiting for tax returns to finish it

RotorMotorDriver 02-19-04 05:54 PM

Thats the same BOV I want ;).
