muffler on

Ok guys I got the muffler on and I fixed my narly coolant leak. Turned out it was the water pump seal. Well the muffler sounds great. I need to get a new radiator as well. Sorry I'm going new this time. No used stuff. But for real this muffler is gonna do good. I got a feeling. I almost killed the mazda though. I ran it alittle hot to get to the shop and when I got there nothing but steeming coolant was on the engine. It was not something that I wanted to see when I got there. Had it fixed right then. 110 bucks to fix it for me. Not bad at all in my sense. Alright well just letting yall know what is going on.

cool , just a question, whats the db limit in the US when it comes to rotarys.?

For anything (cars) that need to be smogged is 95 db. Cars pre-'76 (don't need smog check) need to have a working muffler. I have yet to get pulled over in my 2...it's gotta be over 100db!

well I was running no muffler for the longest and it was horribly loud. But now it's really toned down.

Since my car is imported, and its a rotary, it doesnt even have to pass a test here in Norway!
