My cousin has used this STP Engine treatment stuff.( he has a 1989 for ranger. ) His oil pressure was low but after using it, its at a normal reading and runs better than before. I use Castrol GTX 10w-30 which is better for the car? 10w-30 or 20w-50 doesnt it depend on the temperature where you live.

I don't know so much about oil leaks, but the radiator on my Audi developed a small crack and was losing about a cup of coolant a day. I used some of that liquid silver or copper radiator stop leak, and the shit actually worked. This is the kind you just pour in the radiator; no draining and refilling or anything. Two bucks; couldn't believe it.

Of course, that's just a temporay fix. I didn't have the $500 to have the front bumper pulled to replace the radiator :)

On the other hand, I've had no success with power steering or A/C sealer.

Driftx, I would not advise the use of synthetics. They do not burn cleanly, and leave deposits.

BTW, where is Rio Rancho?

The Lucas power steering sealant fixed a nasty leak in the rack of my Audi 100. Might want to give it a shot, but it might take two bottles. I bought two because on the bottle it says it might take two to seal it, but I only used one. About 1500 miles now with no further issues...:)
