Lug nut HELP

Does anyone have any tutorial on how to convert from lug bolts to lug studs??

Kentetsu 04-12-10 12:19 PM

I did this a couple years back, nothing to it. Just buy your studs, and they screw in to the same holes that the bolts used. Use locktite on them, and they usually have an allen head at the business end that allows you to screw them in. That's all there is to it. :)

Okay Okay, thanks man...Sounds good. Since u did this, is it easy for u to find performance brake discs and stuff? I kinda want to redo my whole brake system and all or change the stock parts to performance.

My brakes work great, and all I did was get some Hawk pads and the cheapest rotors I could find on www.rockauto.com

But if you feel that you need more, especially if you have larger sized wheels, then there are upgrades available that allow you to run better/bigger brakes. Check over at www.re-speed.com (Respeed is a great shop to deal with for upgrades!).
